Tap red and blue words in turn, keeping each color in its own alphabetical order.
Start with RED. Then alternate.
APPLE→BED→BALL→SOCK→CAT→TABLE→FORK→WORM
Choose the alphabetically earliest remaining red word, then the earliest remaining blue word. Repeat. Alphabetize the two colors separately—not as one combined list. All words use CAPITAL letters; word color is the rule.
