One framework.
Three connected views.
Your lived experience
What are you experiencing, attending to, carrying, and performing? MIND is the accessible, lived expression of the system.
Your functional processing
How are present experience and prior learning being organized and integrated? XL2 is the adaptive functional engine.
Your physical capacity
What resources, reserve, and operating conditions support or constrain you? BASIS is the physical brain and biological capacity.
BASIS ↔ XL2 ↔ MIND · One interacting system.
Complete enough to act. Open enough to learn.
What brings you here?

You can explore the rest at your own pace.
The Framework
Start with the relationship between MIND, XL2, and BASIS. See how lived experience, functional processing, and physical capacity work together.
A clearer way in.
Understand the framework. Check in with yourself. Turn awareness into practice.
Framework
One framework. Three connected views. Connect your lived experience, functional processing, and physical capacity to understand the foundation of Complete Thinking.
Explore overviewState Snapshot
Pause and notice what is guiding you right now. Identify your current processing emphasis before deciding whether the situation calls for an adjustment.
Open toolDecision Clarity Card
Turn awareness into a practical next step. Consider what matters, what you may have missed, and one adjustment that supports a clearer decision.
Open toolCognitive Compass
Explore how you are processing across Locality, Polarity, and Loops. Use the pattern as a prompt for reflection and greater adaptability.
Open toolInteraction Mirror
Consider how your processing may meet another person’s. Notice differences, missing perspectives, and a useful adjustment before your next conversation or shared decision.
Open toolMultiduality — Individual
Understand Internal and External, Vertical and Horizontal, and Cortical and Subcortical emphases. Explore how their contributions can combine as the situation changes.
Explore master toolMultiduality — Systems
Apply Locality, Polarity, and Regulatory Direction to a team or organization. Compare internal operations, external conditions, top-down regulation, and bottom-up signals.
Explore master toolIndividual Practice
Build a repeatable practice: read your processing, compare it with the situation, prime your response, perform, reflect, and recalibrate through experience.
Begin practiceSystems Practice
Use a shared sequence to examine a system’s information, shaping, and regulatory direction. Check adaptive fit, choose an adjustment, and learn from the result.

Three dimensions.
One adaptable response.
Explore the paired emphases in XL2. The useful question is how they fit the moment.
Where is your information coming from?
Internal experience versus external environment.
How are you shaping it?
Converge to the thing versus expand to the context.
What’s guiding your response?
Cortical-thinking versus subcortical-feeling.
Does this match what the situation requires?
Prime, perform, reflect, recalibrate.
Conceptual illustrations from Syncohere Master Reference 2.2. Colors and placement are visual conventions, not measured brain activity. Processing emphases describe a current state, not a fixed personality or a diagnosis.
How does this apply to teams and organizations?
For systems, retain Locality and Polarity, and use Regulatory Direction in place of Loops: feedback control driven versus feedforward signal driven, expressed as top-down regulation versus bottom-up signaling. The system’s mechanisms differ from an individual’s biology. Use the Systems master tool and Systems Practice to apply the framework at that level.
