In a nutshell
Peak Flow
Performance.
Bring what you can use, how you think, and what you do into better coordination—for the situation you are in.
Your best sustainable functioning under present conditions.
Information, attention, feeling, and action working together.
Meaningful results in decisions, relationships, learning, and daily life.
01 / The structure
Three connected views.
One functioning whole.
Start anywhere. A change in readiness, coordination, or action can change the whole experience.
Available capacity
BASIS
Your physical and biological capacity, reserve, and current operating conditions.
Processing & coordination
XL2
How you differentiate, organize, and integrate experience with what you have learned.
Experience & expression
MIND
What becomes lived and expressed: experience, understanding, choice, communication, and action.
Action creates consequences. Reflection turns what happens into learning for the next attempt.
Complete Thinking is the guiding standard: include what matters enough to act responsibly, then stay open to revision.
02 / Put it to work
One real goal.
A more complete next step.
Choose a setting. Use your own words, or try the example. This is a reflection tool with no score.
Step 1 of 6
Define meaningful performance
Your working plan
A next step you can test.
Compare what happens with your starting situation. Notice benefits, effort, effects on others, and anything unexpected. Keep, change, or stop the approach accordingly.

03 / Make it a habit
Prepare. Act. Learn. Adjust.
Prepare for the actual demand. Take the step. Notice what follows. Adjust your approach or conditions.
What does “optimal” mean here?
The best available fit between your capacity, the task, your values, and present conditions. Sometimes a useful adjustment is to simplify, slow down, ask for support, or change the setting.
“Peak” is conditional and sustainable. “Flow” means coordination here; it does not require a special feeling or constant intensity.
What else connects the three views?
Contextual oversight: keep checking whether your understanding and response still fit. Within the individual framework, Bishop Circuits describe this monitoring and recalibration.
Praxis: move from judgment into action, observe consequences, and bring the learning back.
Responsible action: consider evidence, uncertainty, values, affected people, and who has the authority to decide.
How can the same structure fit different settings?
Keep the three questions; change the goal, evidence, supports, and responsibilities.
- A person: prepare for a conversation, learn a skill, or complete a meaningful routine.
- A team or organization: coordinate people, resources, decisions, and observable results.
- A community or Global Commission: define the shared issue, include affected perspectives, and choose a feasible contribution.
In a system, specify its boundary, participants, available resources, and decision responsibilities. Organizational relationships are functional comparisons, not a claim that an organization has a biological brain.
Where can the pathway lead?
Discover → Develop → Apply → Sustain. Understand the starting situation, practice useful adjustments, use them in real situations, and retain what works.
Syncohere Peak Flow Performance applies through coaching, education, training, consultation, facilitation, and organizational development. Its purpose is growing independent, adaptable use.
When impaired functional access calls for rehabilitation, BRAIN® is the specialized rehabilitative application within Syncohere. This introductory reflection tool does not assess impairment or provide treatment.
