What does this segment require?

Start with the actual runner, conditions and task—not an idealized peak state.

Reality + BASIS
Match today’s plan to today’s capacity and conditions.Phase cues are examples, not fixed mileage prescriptions or required XL2 configurations.
Check capacity before adopting a running cue. This tool does not provide safety clearance.

XL2 · Experience and Learning-Integrated

The adaptive functional engine differentiates, organizes, relates, integrates, stabilizes and revises present experience and prior learning. Its simultaneous dimensions are Locality, Polarity and Loops.

Bishop Circuits monitor fit, change emphasis and reopen processing throughout BASIS ⇄ XL2 ⇄ MIND. Praxis carries processing into action, consequence, reflection and further learning. These are recursive relationships, not a one-way pipeline. [M §§3–6, 12–13; C pp. 3–4, 16–17, 21–22]

Peak-performance reference attributes

BASIS

Can today’s capacity support the chosen action?

Marathon application: relate the intended segment to current energy, limitations, conditions and available support.

Consultation pp. 2, 8–9, 20; Master §17.

Seven movements, one compact cadence. Orient → Examine BASIS → Map XL2 → Observe MIND → Examine Bishop Circuits Governance → Integrate, Decide, and Act → Reflect and Recalibrate. The four tabs compress these movements into the consultation’s recurring Open → Focus → Integrate → Engage and Return cadence. [C pp. 4, 6–22]

Source boundary. “Peak” in the consultation means contextually appropriate use of available capacity—not maximum effort, maximum activation or a permanent peak state. The first eight attributes above are the consultation’s criteria; Reserve and Flexibility / switching are also explicit in the Master. Neither source establishes a marathon-specific flow-induction protocol or guarantees a performance gain. [C pp. 2–3, 20; M §§17, 30–32]

Application boundary. Marathon phases, interference examples, prompts and cues are an applied educational translation, not new canonical definitions. “Cohesive polarization” here means preserving, weighting and integrating differentiated contributions; it does not mean making every pole equal. Thinking/feeling labels are functional shorthand. These self-descriptions do not establish specific neural activity. [M §§6, 8, 12, 30; C pp. 10–14]

[C] SYNCOHERE-FACILITATED PEAK FLOW PERFORMANCE CONSULTATION 2.0, titled Syncohere-Facilitated Peak Flow Performance Consultation Tool. Applied consultation architecture: pp. 2–4, 8–22, 25–26. The supplied consultation states derivation from the earlier 082326 reference; this micro-tool also applies the later supplied Master’s claims discipline.

Keep capacity and safety in the picture. Use the screen only before running or when safely stopped. Carry a memorized cue; do not use absorption, euphoria or reduced perceived effort as permission to override safety signals, your established support plan or medical guidance. This is qualitative education—not medical care, a training prescription or a validated flow assessment.
